Our Return Promise
At FabulousWomens.com, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Key Requirements
✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✓ All original tags and packaging must be attached
✓ Proof of purchase (order number) required
✗ Final sale items cannot be returned (marked at checkout)
How to Return
- Log in to your account at FabulousWomens.com
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select items for return and print prepaid label*
- Package securely and drop at any authorized carrier location
*£2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only when inventory permits:
- Initiate return for original item
- Place new order for correct size
- Free standard shipping on your replacement order
Special Circumstances
- Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately for replacement
- International Returns: Customer pays return shipping; refund excludes original shipping/duties
